Beth Moore and LifeWay Christian Resources, 5 days

Join renowned Bible teacher and bestselling author Beth Moore in a study of Isaiah that will help you begin to enjoy the five benefits of God’s promise to “set captives free”: to know God and believe Him, to glorify Him, to find satisfaction in Him, to experience His peace, and to enjoy His presence.

“When you’re hungry, you seek what will meet your need. If you ignore your physical needs long enough, not only will you be miserable but you will soon be ill. You can easily recognize the signals the body gives, but great wisdom lies in learning to discern your spirit’s signals.”

March Music Month: Lift God up… and find yourself lifted.

Few artistic expressions can connect as deeply with our emotions as music can. Music can make you cry, remind you of a specific person, calm your nerves — or even start a spontaneous dance party!

This week, pay attention to how the music you hear influences you. Then consider how you might start becoming more intentional about using its power to lead your heart. When you pour in love, wisdom, and gratefulness, those are the things that will flow out.

We hope you’ve been enjoying March Music Month as much as we have. Over the past three weeks, we heard from some of the leading voices in Christian music and worship about Creativity, Praise, and Evangelism in God’s Word.

Share your faith this week of March Music Month.

Jesus defeated sin and death, giving us joy not only for the life to come, but also for this life. And what do joyful people do? They sing. Paul and Silas sang praises to God — even when they were unjustly locked in prison! (Acts 16:16-25) When we sing, people around us take notice. Many will even ask, “Why are you so happy?” So let your music flow!

During the first two weeks of March Music Month, worship leaders have shared with us what the Bible says about Creativity and Praise. Next week, they’ll tell us where they find Encouragement.

Today, let’s hear about Evangelism.

🎧 Music Month continues with Praise.

Tap this Verse Image to download a version you can share with friends.

This week of March Music Month is all about Praise.

Everything in creation testifies to the majesty and goodness of God, from the rhythmic roar of crashing ocean waves, to the soft colors in a perfect sunset, to the musical warbling of birds. And yet, after all those things, He made us, with a special purpose: we can choose to reflect His glory back to Him.

Music is one of our favorite ways to offer praise to our Creator. So all this month, we’re hearing from leading Christian artists about musical themes from the Bible. Last week, top worship leaders shared how the Scriptures inspire them with Creativity. Evangelism and Encouragement are still to come.

Now let’s look to God’s Word about Praise.
