Open Position: User Support Coordinator

The Vision:
YouVersion Support’s mission is to serve the global YouVersion user base. This includes offering technical support, troubleshooting and how-to help to hundreds of users across dozens of languages each day. YouVersion is seeking a tech savvy leader who can lead our growing global support team to bigger and better heights.

You will be:

  • Responsible for the help-desk and support site
  • Attracting and leading teams of volunteers around the world
  • Expected to be proactive, and highly engaged in social spaces where the Bible App is being talked about actively
  • Handling the “delicate” and “tough” requests when they arise, with a smile
  • Writing and managing the auto-responses used across all languages
  • Working with current team leaders to foster good morale and know what is happening on a daily/weekly basis
  • Orchestrating the best possible user experience when it comes to contacting support and receiving a knowledgeable answer, quickly
