Yesterday was a blast! We were honored to have thousands of people watching the webcast together (actual viewership stats coming soon) and excited to see the hashtag for the event (#yvwebcast) become a trending topic in the US. Our Facebook page was lighting up as well.
It’s not every day a Bible event lands on the trending board. Usually that space goes to celebrity feuds, sports headlines, or the latest viral list of sweepstakes casinos doing the rounds in everyone’s feed. Watching #yvwebcast climb up alongside all of that — even for a few hours — felt like a quiet reminder that the hunger for Scripture is alive and well, right in the middle of the daily noise.
During the webcast you heard about several opportunities for you to be involved in what Bobby calls “a revolution of Bible engagement” around the world. Here’s a recap of those opportunities:
