When the app first launched, our primary focus was building a stable experience for early smartphones, but our technical infrastructure now has to support users across incredibly diverse network conditions and hardware capabilities.
Beyond the technical hurdles, we are acutely aware of the sheer volume of content competing for people’s attention today. Every time someone unlocks their phone, they are met with dozens of applications designed specifically to maximize screen time.
The modern digital landscape is dominated by sectors aggressively optimizing for continuous engagement—from meal-kit delivery interfaces and streaming networks to no kyc casinos and algorithmic video feeds.
