Of course, when people first encounter the Bible, they can only read it (or listen to it) if they can find it in a language they know. More than a billion people still don’t have the full story of God’s Word in their own language. And of these, 2,000 language communities don’t even have Bible translations started. Thankfully, YouVersion’s visionary Bible society partners are actively working on new translations…and then sharing those Bibles — for free — through the Bible App and at Bible.com:

And if they fall in love with God’s Word now, what will their generation look like when they’re grown? A revolution in Bible engagement is taking place in our lifetimes.
